We look at your lot, your constraints, and any inspiration you've sent. If you have a design you love we'll discuss it directly and talk about what's achievable.

We tell you exactly how we'd approach your project and what the process looks like from first drawing through to permit.

Common questions before the call
Not at all. Many clients come with nothing more than a rough idea. If you have something — a photo, a floor plan, anything — send it beforehand and we'll review it before we connect. It makes the call more productive but it's not a requirement.
Typically 20 to 45 minutes depending on how much we cover. We respect your time and keep things focused.
Yes. We walk through our pricing at the end of every discovery call.
Yes — we serve clients across Atlantic Canada. Several clients are located hours away and the process works just as smoothly remotely.
